Prices published September 2, 2026. Starting prices apply to Bogotá and remain subject to availability. Travel, accommodation, additional hours, albums, drone, permits, expedited delivery, extra crew and applicable taxes are confirmed in writing before booking.

Planning from abroad demands more than booking flights. We account for travel time, changing light, weather, venue rules, permits and backup margins before the day.
Cartagena brings heat, humidity and a short window of soft evening light. Bogotá and the Sabana add altitude, traffic and travel between haciendas. Medellín and the Coffee Region bring generous landscapes and a real chance of afternoon rain. The place changes the technical plan, never the intention of the story.

01Do you travel for destination weddings in Colombia?
Yes. We are based in Bogotá and cover Cartagena, Medellín, the Coffee Region and other destinations. Travel, accommodation and local operating time are itemised separately in the proposal rather than hidden inside a single figure.
02Do you speak English on the wedding day?
Yes. Planning conversations, the written proposal and communication during the day can be handled in English or Spanish, whichever the couple and their families prefer.
03How much does wedding photography cost?
Our published starting prices for Bogotá are COP 1,900,000 for photography and COP 4,900,000 for photography plus film; the VIP collection, with two photographers and a filmmaker, is COP 6,000,000. Travel, accommodation, extra hours, albums, permits and additional crew are quoted separately before booking.
04How many photographs do you deliver?
A curated, edited selection rather than every frame taken. The estimated count, resolution, gallery and delivery date are written into the proposal before you book.
05What is included in a wedding film?
Depending on the approved scope, it can include preparations, ceremony, reception, speeches, location sound, a short teaser and a main film. Length, music, revisions and vertical versions are agreed in writing.
06Can you fly a drone in Cartagena's walled city?
It is never promised as a guaranteed shot. Proximity to the airport and restrictions over the historic centre govern permission, so it is confirmed against the exact location and date.
07How do we reserve our date?
We first confirm availability and context, then send a written proposal with scope and conditions. A date is reserved only after the agreed booking conditions have been completed.
08Will you publish our wedding photographs?
Only with permission. Hiring us does not automatically turn your wedding into promotional material; coverage and portfolio publication are separate decisions.
09What should we send with our enquiry?
Your date, city, venue or area, approximate guest count, whether you want photography, film or both, and the moments or deliverables that matter most. It is fine if some details are still undecided.
